GCBS – Grodan Crop Box Slabs 370x550x150 mm (4 pack)
Deep, long-life stone wool slab made for the Australian market.
Grodan made the Crop Box Slab especially for the Australian market. At 370 x 550 mm and 150 mm deep, it fits a Cropbox and gives plants a large root zone, and it can last up to two years. Like all Grodan stone wool, it contains no pathogens or weed seeds. Water and nutrients don't bind to the fibres, so everything you apply is available to the plant. Grodan stone wool is naturally slightly alkaline, so soak at pH 5.5 to bring the slab to approximately pH 6.2. Saturate fully before planting, then place rooted Grodan blocks such as the Delta 10G on top. Steer with dry-backs: smaller, more frequent shots for vegetative growth, and larger, less frequent shots for generative growth.
